Andrew Flintoff was passed fit as England began their four-match Test series against West Indies at Sabina Park.
Flintoff, 31, has been troubled by a side strain and went into the series opener without a bowl in a competitive contest for six weeks. However, he has persuaded the tour management he is ready to return in practice over the past few days.
Left-armer Ryan Sidebottom also returns to the team, having last played in an international on August 2, the day before Michael Vaughan resigned as England captain.
