DANIEL AGGER admits tomorrow’s Premier League clash with Queens Park Rangers at Anfield can’t come soon enough as Liverpool look to bounce back from their defeat at Fulham.
The Reds defender says the controversial setback in the capital was tough to take but he wants Kenny Dalglish’s men to take out their frustration on the newly promoted side.
“After the Fulham game it was the same as every time we lose – it was quiet and people were upset,” Agger said.
“Luckily, there is always a game next week and a chance to bounce back – and that’s something we have to do.”
Liverpool are five points adrift of the top four but Agger insists Champions League qualification is still within reach.
“Everybody who has experienced it knows it is the biggest tournament and wants to be in it. That’s definitely the target,” he added.
Liverpool FC will be publishing full selling details for the trip to Manchester City in tomorrow’s edition of the Liverpool Echo. Full selling details will also be announced on www.liverpoolfc.tv/tickets once available.
