Blood Red: The daily update from Alberto Aquilani’s agent
ANOTHER day and another batch of meaningless comments from Alberto Aquilani's agent.
Franco Zavaglia seems to have been the most quoted man in football this summer as he gives Italian radio stations a running commentary on his client's situation.
One minute Aquilani is packing his bags, then he's “definitely” staying at Anfield. Now apparently there's a “50%” chance of him signing for Fiorentina.
What we do know is that with the midfield options at Kenny Dalglish's disposal, Aquilani is going to be way down the pecking order.
Let's hope a deal can he reached which ends Aquilani's unsuccessful stint in the Premier League – if only to spare us all Zavaglia's daily bulletin.
