Tommy Smith on LFC: London High Court Judge has seen right through Hicks and Gillett
l IF Tom Hicks and George Gillett had put half as much effort into fighting for Liverpool Football Club as they are doing now by trying to sue in the court, they might not have ended up in this mess in the first place!
Thankfully, they suffered another defeat this week and will not be allowed to get away with dragging their lawsuit across the pond so they can try and seek ‘justice’ in America.
If the case shows one thing, it’s that all they care about - and ever have cared - about is money.
They never understood Liverpool FC for one minute. But it’s clear the judge in this case understands exactly what they are all about. He’s seen right through them.
I wish they’d just go away.
