Blue Square Bet North: Vauxhall Motors go down to Droylsden
VAUXHALL Motors missed the chance to leapfrog Droylsden on Tuesday and move up to eighth in the standings.
Missing Lee Dames, Andy Taylor and top-scorer Obi Anoruo, the Rivacre Park side lost a game of few chances 1-0.
Visiting Droylsden’s winner came just after the break through former Chester City FC loanee David McNiven.
Motors, who had won 2-1 at home to Gloucester City on Saturday with goals from in-form strikers Leighton McGivern and Anoruo, make their way to improving Eastwood Town on Saturday (3pm).
