THE Black Lion pub in Bersham – commonly known as the Hole in the Wall pub – is supporting the Nightingale House Hospice with two events this month.
The first is a beer festival, which runs from Friday, October 9, until Monday, October 12. There will be 11 cask ales on tap including a selection from brewer Hydes.
Other attractions will include live music acts throughout the weekend and food. Entrance is free.
On Saturday, October 31, the pub will be celebrating Hallowe’en with a hog roast. It costs £7 per head and there will be live music and real ale. There will be raffles and collections throughout the night for the hospice.
