Frankie and Benny’s menu

HIGHER salt meals at Frankie & Benny’s included chicken penne romana with 6g of salt per portion and a full rack of BBQ ribs which contained 4.9g of salt per portion. High salt starters included garlic pizza bread (2.1g salt per portion) and Frankie’s fried calamari (1.7g per portion).

Lower salt dishes included main course meatballs on spaghetti (3.6g) and dessert cinnamon waffle crunch, (0.9g).
