Sweet result at fair

TARPORLEY High School’s Christmas Fair was a sweet success.

The chocolate tombola was particularly popular as was the raffle of specially designed large hampers.

The school’s swing band entertained visitors and sixth formers helped out on various stalls.

The event, organised by the Home School Association, raised more than £2,000 for school funds.
