Lawful development certificate agreed for house extension in Chester suburb

A CERTIFICATE of lawful development was sought for an extension at a suburban property.

The declaration was requested at 1 Ashlea Court, Kingsway, Newton, Chester by Mr I Maclean who told planning officers at Cheshire West and Chester Council he was seeking confirmation the single-storey new build at the side of the detached two-storey property would be permitted development.

Having considered the requirements and based on the information submitted, planners believed this was the case and recommended the certificate should be issued.

The borough council agreed the certificate could be granted.
