DJ Mark EG to perform at Chester Bells

AN AWARD-WINNING DJ has been added to the mix at a Chester venue.

The winner of Best Compilation and a nominee for best UK DJ in the annual 2011 Hard Dance Awards, Mark EG, will be mixing up a treat at the Chester Bells on Friday, February 17.

The headlining act stars as part of the Mash Up Events Bloody Valentine bill.

The Chester Bells, which is home to the biggest underground dance events in Chester for those aged over 18, will play host to the critically acclaimed DJ and music producer.

Revellers can expect to hear a range of styles from minimal to electro, from hard techno to hardstyle and everything in between. They can also expect to witness Mark EG’s stage antics, including chainsaws and deck smashing.

Talented DJs in and around Chester are being sought to enter a competition to win a set on an in-house night at the Chester Bells.

The venue is inviting people to nominate their chosen DJ by sending an email to info@voltageevents.net with a DJ name in the subject title. The closing date is February 1.
