Conservatory approved at corner plot home in Chester suburb

A CONSERVATORY was proposed at the side of a suburban property.

The plans were put forward at 1 College Green, Handbridge, by Dorothy Bowan.

The detached, single-storey dwelling is on a corner plot at the junction of College Green and Appleyards Lane, according to a report.

The conservatory would front on to Appleyards Lane.

No objections were raised by neighbours who were consulted.

The conservatory would be partly screened by a fence and mature landscaping, planners suggested.

Permission was agreed.
