FENCING and entrance gates were agreed at a green belt farm house.
Applicant Mr C Droogan told planning officers at Cheshire West and Chester Council he was seeking approval for the work at Chestnut Farmhouse, Tarvin Road, Frodsham.
The 2m high fence, together with gates which would be installed at both the existing vehicular accesses to the house, would be stained in light brown.
No comments were made by town councillors or by neighbours who were consulted.
The fencing and gates would be positioned up to 5m away from Tarvin Road, according to a report due to the entrances being recessed.
