Body found in Chester underground car park has been identified

POLICE have identified a man whose body was found in Chester on Saturday morning.

Following an appeal for information from the public, the deceased has been identified as a 20 year old Polish man from Chester. The process of notifying wider next of kin is ongoing.

The body was found hanging in an underground car park to a fitness centre in Liverpool Road, Chester by two passing joggers on Saturday morning.

There are no suspicious circumstances and a file is being prepared for the Coroner.
