ALTERATIONS were recommended for approval for a mid-19th century Grade II listed property in a city suburb.
The application for listed building consent was made at 41 Hamilton Street, Hoole, by Mr and Mrs Ric Harris.
Mr and Mrs Harris told planning officers at Cheshire West and Chester Council they were seeking approval for a modern, single-storey extension at the rear of the Victorian two-storey conservation area house, a slate roof with a skylight and solar panels and other alterations including a new door and window.
