Plans agreed for home extension in Green Belt estate cul de sac near Chester

AN EXTENSION to a property on an estate cul-de-sac would not be harmful to that part of the borough's Green Belt, planners believed.
No objections were made by parish councillors or by neighbours when the single-storey extension was proposed at the rear of 14 Fox Cover, Guilden Sutton by Mr and Mrs Wood.
Mr and Mrs Wood told planning officers at Cheshire West and Chester Council a conservatory at the detached dwelling would be removed.
Guilden Sutton Parish Council confirmed it had no observations. There were no representations from nearby occupiers.
