Resurfacing work will close A41 at Great Sutton for eight days

THE southbound section of the A41 between Ascot Drive and Wetherby Way in Great Sutton, Ellesmere Port is to be closed this Sunday for eight days until September 25 so that a kilometre section of road can be resurfaced.
The northbound section will remain open and in the south bound direction traffic will be diverted via the A550 Welsh Road, A540 Parkgate Road and A5117 Shotwick – Frodsham Road.
Junctions with Ascot Drive, Green Lane, Sutton Way, Old Chester Road and Parklands will be closed at various times as the works progress. Pedestrian access to properties and businesses will be maintained at all times.
