Ice Cream farm experiences record numbers thanks to new developments

NEW attractions at Cheshire Farm Ice Cream in Tattenhall have brought in record numbers of visitors during the summer holidays.

An outdoor adventure park and the newest attraction ‘Fools Gold Rush’, which sees children searching through sand for hidden treasure, has brought a significant increase in the number of people visiting the farm.

Other recent developments at the farm have included mini golf, a quad bike track and outdoor play equipment.

And the expansion isn’t stopping there.

Plans are under way for an ice cream factory viewing gallery, which will be launched in the New Year.

This will enable visitors to watch the whole ice cream process at the farm, from the cows being milked to the ice cream production.

Company director Jonathan Fell said: “This is a huge milestone for us. Cheshire Farm Ice Cream reflects decades of passion and creativity that began in the late 1980s and we wanted to celebrate by developing the offering of our tourist attraction.

“We are ecstatic at the number of new customers we see year on year at the Ice Cream Farm, but it is also thanks to our loyal followers who come back time and time again and who have made us the success we are today."
