Women in Frodsham raised more than £400 for a life changing cancer charity

A GROUP of dedicated women raised hundreds of pounds for a life changing charity at an evening of handbags, jewellery and laughter.
Every year the members of the National Union of Catholic Mothers, at St Luke’s RC Church, High Street, Frodsham hold a special evening to raise money for a chosen charity.
Earlier this month they sold jewellery, handbags, tea and cakes at the Frodsham church to raise money for MacMillian Cancer Nurses.
The ladies raised more than £450 during their event, which they heralded as a great success.
