Chester Chronicle, City Centre Management and Heart Radio encourage people back into the city with money off vouchers

EFFORTS to draw people back into the city of Chester begin next week with the launch of a Chronicle-backed scheme.

The Chronicle has teamed up with Chester City Management and Heart Radio to bring readers ‘Chester Week’ – a chance for people to enjoy Chester.

And, to help readers enjoy a trip into the city even more, we will be printing more than 60 vouchers in next week’s Chronicle entitling readers to some great offers for a whole week starting on Monday, July 25.

Whether you are after some fantastic shopping offers, meals out with the family or free haircuts for children – and free parking while you’re at it – then make sure you pick up next week’s edition.

You will also be able to download this from our website and from the Heart 103.4FM website so you can use more than one voucher for each offer.

Simply take the voucher that applies to the offer you want and the retailer will honour that offer for you during Chester Week – it couldn’t be easier.

David Pickering, chairman of Chester City Management, said: “Having a week focused on our city for all of us to enjoy is something that is well overdue. Sometimes we forget just how good our city is and with all these wonderful shopping and activity incentives it’s going to be a great week in Chester.

“I urge everyone to get involved and enjoy Chester. It’s a unique European city and one of which we at Chester City Management, the Chronicle and Heart are immensely Šproud.

“Chester Week – are you a part of it? We are.”

Offers include free parking, free rides on the Chester tour buses and boats for children, free haircuts for children, free meals for children, a 20% discount in Debenhams and many, many more offers that will have you buzzing in your favourite city.
