POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a collison that resulted in a cyclist spending ten days in hospital with a serious leg injury.
The 59-year-old Frodsham man collided with a Ford Fiesta on the A56 Warrington Road, near to its junction with Hobb Lane in Dunham on the Hill, at about 5.40pm on Wednesday, June 22.
The driver of the Fiesta, a 61 year-old local man, was uninjured.
Police are asking for witnesses to contact PC Geraint Williams at Chester Traffic Unit on 0845 458 0000.
