A TEAM of divers has joined aquarists at the Blue Planet Aquarium in Cheshire Oaks to put the finishing touches to a new Coral Cave feature.
The divers are helping to recreate a coral reef which will be home to thousands of brightly coloured tropical fish species in the major new display.
Aquarists have also taken delivery of a shoal of regal tangs. The neon blue and yellow fish is better known as ‘Dory’ after the forgetful fish in Finding Nemo.
Blue Planet’s Paul Renolds said: “We’ve enlisted the help of members of our diving team to help position and construct the undersea coral reef which will be home to many of the new fish.”
