Man dies after road collision in Willaston

A MAN has died following a road traffic collision in Neston.

Police were called to Hooton Road, Willaston at 11.04pm on Sunday,March 6 where a white Ford Focus had collided with a tree.

Two appliances from Cheshire Fire Service were called to the incident and were able to assist in removing the man from the vehicle.

The driver, a 27-year-old man, died at the scene.

Anyone who witnessed the collision is asked to call police on 0845 458 0000.
