Aldford School pupils get a taste of Italy as part of school project

PUPILS of Aldford School’s Foundation class took a trip to Pizza Express last week, as part of a project on Italy.
The children learned how to create their own pizzas with toppings of their choice, at the St John Street restaurant, which they were then able to take home in a box and eat for lunch.
The pupils spent a week exploring different aspects of Italian culture, looking at famous landmarks, listening to opera music and learning some Italian vocabulary.
