CHILDREN at Newton Primary School have been getting on their bikes to learn all about road safety.
The Year 6 pupils took part in a Bikeability training scheme run by Cheshire West and Chester Council’s Road Safety Unit.
After some school-based training, youngsters went out on quiet roads in the area to put all they had learnt into practice.
The project at school was coordinated by teaching assistant Jane Fisher.
