Watergate Street in Chester without power for two hours

BUSINESSES on Watergate Street in Chester were without power for two hours on Friday (December 2).

Some businesses were forced to close during the power cut, others stayed open to traders operating by candlelight.

It is believed a blown fuse caused the outage which happened at about 10.30am. The power was restored by 12.30pm and all businesess have no re-opened.
