Chester train services resume after fire close to train station

CHESTER station has now reopened following a fire at the Chester Enterprise Centre.

Train services have now recommenced at Chester station.

A spokesman said: “Arriva Trains Wales had made every effort to minimise the disruption towards resuming a normal service as soon as possible.

“We apologise to our customers for any inconvenience caused by the disruption.”

Service updates will be published on the Arriva Trains Wales website www.arrivatrainswales.co.uk and national rail enquiries www.nationalrail.co.uk.
