Chester venue The Rectory lines up Miles of Smiles fundraising events

MANAGEMENT, staff and customers of The Rectory in Bell Tower Walk, Chester, are getting behind Chronicle-basked charity Miles of Smiles.

A series of fundraising events are being arranged by proprietor Martin Pierce over the coming months.

After reading about the charity in The Chronicle, Martin liked the idea of helping a locally based voluntary organisation.

On Thursday, November 11, a gourmet evening is being held while on Thursday, November 18, there will be a sportsman's night starring Everton legend Duncan Mckenzie. Next year a ladies night is being planned which will star The Fabulous Dixie Tucker.
