Frodsham Town Council calls for residents to help plant bulbs

COMMUNITY leaders want residents’ help to keep the Golden Mile of daffodils between Frodsham and Helsby blooming.

Frodsham Town Councillors hope residents will join their working party on Sunday (October 17) as they tackle the annual task of filling empty spaces with hundreds of fresh bulbs to maintain the impressive spring floral display along the A56.

Three large sacks of bulbs, costing £100, need to be planted, and residents prepared to help are asked to bring their own spades and meet at 10am at the community cemetery car park on Tarvin Road.
