A YOUNGSTER from Kelsall will be gracing the stage for the English Youth Ballet later this month.
Ava McEvoy, aged 10 was specially selected in a major audition to dance with the company in a large-scale production of the classic ballet – Giselle – at the Wolverhampton Grand Theatre on September 17 and 18.
Ava will dance alongside the international EYB principal artists and treat the audience to a ballet production of the highest professional standards.
This success in the EYB auditions comes after the Kelsall Primary School pupil gained a place for the Centre for Advanced Training Programme at Northern Ballet Theatre Academy in Leeds in April.
