Chester teenager arrested on suspicion of possessing class A drugs with intent to supply

A 16-YEAR-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of possessing drugs with intent to supply.
The teenager from Chester was arrested on Saturday, August 21 after someone was spotted acting suspiciously on a bike in the Stamford Road area of Blacon.
A quantity of what is believed to be class A drugs was later found and the 16 year-old was arrested and bailed, pending forensic examination of the substances, until October 19.
