Newton Primary School presents Aristocats Kids
NEWTON Primary School pupils enjoyed a dramatic finale to the term.
Children from Years 5 and 6 put on a production of Aristocats Kids, a version of the 1970 Disney cartoon adapted by Music Theatre International.
The hour-long show involved 55 children from the Newton school performing five performances.
The youngsters sang, danced and acted the tale of Duchess and her kittens as they battle back home through the Parisian countryside.
The play was directed and produced by teachers Stuart McCartney, Katie Scoltock and Jenny McAuley.
