A CHAUFFEUR company which has spread around the world has created new jobs after moving to the Frodsham Business Centre.
Executive chauffeur company Tristar, who have offices on three continents, moved to the Chester Road business park after the company needed to find a new cost effective office space.
Nick Bromley, service delivery manager, said: “Frodsham appealed to us because it is situated close to both the M56 and M6 motorways and the business centre here offered us the space we needed both for our cars and office staff.
“I am keen to continue growing the business and we have always had a strong policy of investing in the local area and employing local people.
“Frodsham Business Centre has been very accommodating to the needs and requirements of running a chauffeur operation.
“This support has made our move into the new offices much easier for us.”
In addition to its operations in the North of England, Tristar have headquarters in West Drayton, near Heathrow Airport, as well as offices in Boston, in the United States, and Hong Kong.
The company provides a luxury chauffeur driven transport service for business executives around the world.
The firm has thousands of customers from many leading international companies including fuel giants Shell and personal care product specialists Unilever.
Since moving the North England offices to Frodsham, the business has helped to boost the economy by employing six new office staff, taking its workforce to 30 people.
Karen Keeley, one of the newly employed staff at Tristar, said: “I’ve always worked in the travel industry and when I was made redundant from my previous job earlier in the year I was obviously keen to get back into work.
“It is exciting to be part of a team here in Frodsham that continues to grow and I enjoy speaking with customers and coordinating our drivers.”
