Upton High School students head for People’s Republic of China

STUDENTS from Upton High School have been time in the People’s Republic of China.

This is the Chester school’s third visit to China.

The students spent some time in Beijing visiting the Forbidden City and the Great Wall before travelling to Xi’an where they attended the Bodi School for a week.

They have attended lessons in Mandarin, calligraphy, music, Tai Chi and painting. They also hope to visit the famous Terracotta Warriors while they are in Xi’an.
