Kelsall Primary School unveil its Ghanaian-coloured rhino as part of Rhinomania

nKELSALL Primary School released their rhino on the public while flying the flag for an African nation.

Having previously supported a charity linked to Ghana and in the weeks preceding the World Cup in South Africa, Kelsall pupils have painted the rhino in the colours of the national flag.

Nicknamed ‘Ronald’, the rhino has since been taken for display in Chester but it will soon return to its home in the Flat Lane school’s entrance hall.

Acting headteacher David Wearing said: “Our rhino has been inspired by Ghana. The children have their design somewhere on the rhino.”
