Blacon woman to appear in court charged with breaching ASBO

A CHESTER woman is set to appear in court next month, charged with breaching the conditions of her ASBO.
The 45-year-old from Blacon will appear before Chester magistrates in relation to an incident on May 16 in which it is alleged she had her dog out in public without a muzzle, breaching one of her ASBO conditions.
She will also be at court in relation to one charge of possession of a class B drug on the same day.
The woman is due to appear on June 4.
