PLANS were agreed for the replacement of a conservatory at a suburban property with a single storey extension.
The application was put forward at the rear of 7 Radnor Drive, Westminster Park, by Mr Colin Cheesman.
No objections were raised by neighbours who are screened by 2m high hedges. Planning officers at Cheshire West and Chester Council said the detached, two storey house already had a significant extension but the new build would only lead to a small increase in the footprint.
It would not affect the design of the property or detract from the overall character of the area.
There would be no unacceptable effect on adjoining occupiers.
