Argument leads to Chester man’s arrest for assault and criminal damage

A MAN has been charged with assault and criminal damage after an argument in Chester.

The 31 year-old was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and two assaults after the incident in Newhall Road on Friday, April 23.

Two people involved were not seriously injured and did not require any medical treatment. A door was damaged during the incident.

He was later charged with the offences and released on bail to appear at Chester Magistrates Court on June 7.
