Ellesmere Port man disturbs burglar in house

A MAN disturbed a burglar in his house in Ellesmere Port.

The incident happened at about 8.30pm on Friday at a property in Grasmere Road, Ellesmere Port.

The occupier disturbed the man in his kitchen and chased him out the house.

The man wore a hoodie and dark clothing.

He stole a wallet and car keys but did not steal the car. He ran off in the direction of Weaver Road.

Police searched the area but did not find anything.

Two men were seen near the scene around the time of the incident.
