Eddisbury MP visits Tarporley Primary School

PUPILS at Tarporley Primary school welcomed Eddisbury MP Stephen O’Brien into their classroom.

He met the Year 6 class and talked to them about their school’s success and educational issues they were concerned about.

Stephen O’Brien said: “I was pleased to be able to meet with the children and discuss what being an MP means; the importance of democracy, and to prepare them for their trip to Parliament as my guest on June 29. Tarporley Primary School is making excellent progress.

“The school is benefiting from the commitment and enthusiasm of the staff, parents, governors, assistants and, of course the children attending the school. I have no doubt that Tarporley Primary School will continue to go from strength to strength.”
