FRIENDS of a Malpas school danced the night away at a fundraising party.
Guests at the Bishop Heber High School dinner dance enjoyed a three course dinner, followed by dancing to a live band and a disco. Sixth form students supported the organisers, Friends of Heber by serving drinks, greeting guests and selling raffle tickets.
The dance raised £2,510 and all proceeds will contribute to refurbishing the dining room.
The Friends of Heber organises a range of events each year to raise funds for additional equipment and resources for the school. The next major event is a family day at Bolesworth Estate on Sunday, May 9.
