Belgrave Pre-school celebrates its 10th birthday with a Mad Hatter’s tea party
A MAYOR and a mad hatter were special guests at a pre-school’s anniversary celebration.
Lord Mayor of Chester Cllr John Ebo and Lady Mayoress Miriam Ebo joined children at Belgrave Pre-School in Westminster Park for a mad hatter’s tea party to celebrate its 10th birthday.
The youngsters created their own costumes and decorations for the Alice in Wonderland-themed event.
Local businesses the Co-operative Store, Al Dente Deli and Catering and Francis Thomas Greengrocers all donated food for the party.
The pre-school, fomerly Westminster Park Playgroup, was opened in February 2000. For information contact Julie Parker on 07921908973.
