DETECTIVES are appealing for information after a man was threatened with a knife in Chester.
A 22-year-old male was walking in the direction of Boughton from City Road at around 11pm on February 11 when he was confronted by a male on a bike.
The cyclist then pulled out a knife and held the blade to the man’s chest and demanded money.
The attacker fled the scene empty handed and the victim was not hurt during the attempted robbery.
He is described as being a white male, 6ft tall, of average build aged between 17 and 20.
He was reported to have dark coloured eyes and dark eyebrows and was wearing a black tracksuit and hooded sports coat and was riding a dark coloured bike.
