A COUPLE accused of murdering Chester man Fynn Western-Davey are due to appear at court on Monday.

Forensic science student and former lap dancer Niki Bishop, 24, and her boyfriend Jason Howells are charged with Mr Western-Davey’s murder at their Balmoral Park home on Saturday, January 23.

Howells, 34, is also charged with possession of cocaine and heroin with intent to supply.

They will both appear at Chester Crown Court where it is expected lawyers for Miss Bishop will make their third attempt to get her released on bail.

It is expected a second post-mortem examination, ordered by the defence, will today be carried out on Mr Western-Davey, 23, who suffered two stab wounds, including one to the heart.

Cheshire Coroner’s Office will then be in a position to open an inquest after which the body can be released so the family can make funeral arrangements.

The victim’s girlfriend Stacey and her son Lucas lived with him in Brook Street.

Stacey, whose nine-year-old cousin Kayleigh Ward was murdered in 1996, wrote on Facebook: “I’m finding it hard being without you, you are the love of my life, as I knew I was yours as well. I miss you so much, Fynn. I can’t even put in to words how I feel inside and how much my head is battered over this. I will always love you, Fynn. Sleep tight babe, we will see each other again soon xxx.”

Friend Jordan Mehta, also writing on Facebook, said: “I just can’t stop thinking about the times we spent having a laugh, petty arguments and stuff like that.

“I just wish I’d gone with you that day. It’s killing me, I think about it over and over again that I could of stopped it. It’s just too sad that your life’s been taken away from all that loved you.”
