Fundraiser Michelle Hall of Newton, Chester, in training for fourth marathon

AN ANIMAL-LOVER is in training for the London Marathon.

Michelle Hall, 29, of Grange Road, Newton, Chester, is hoping to complete this year’s race to raise money for Guide Dogs for the Blind.

Michelle, a sales executive at M&S Money on Chester Business Park, is a veteran of the challenge, having completed the race three times previously, raising money for various charities. Her best time was three hours 55 minutes in 2002.

A volunteer dog walker with the Cinnamon Trust, Michelle uses the time with canine pal Rory as a chance to catch up on some running training.

She said: “I love the challenge, enjoy keeping fit and raising money for charity.

“I wanted to raise money for a charity involving animals and people as the guide dog changes people’s lives.”

This year’s London Marathon is on April 25. To sponsor Michelle, visit http://www. justgiving.com/michelle-hall0.
