Youngsters at Eccleston village school enjoy Spanish festival

YOUNGSTERS at a village school enjoyed a Spanish festival without having to travel.

The fun-filled fiesta at Eccleston Church of England Aided Primary came courtesy of Rossett based Stars Group, which sent along two students with experience of the country.

As part of a project, Georgia Williams and Ellie Mitchell from Stars turned up at the school to give Year 5 and 6 pupils a continental carnival with a very Spanish flavour.

The youngsters threw themselves into the activities and were keen to pick up as much of the language as they could.
