A KING’S School sixth former from Chester has been hitting the right notes to obtain a diploma in music.
The accolade ensures Edward An drade, 17, has become an Associate of Trinity College, London.
Philip Robinson, director of music at the Wrexham Road school, was pleased with how well Edward had performed to pass the diploma exam.
He said: “We are all delighted and proud of Edward’s diploma.
“It is a great credit to him to take this on in conjunction with his A-level studies and this is no mean feat.
“He is a valued member of our music community and a talented clarinetist.”
