ANIMAL-LOVERS are being sought to rehome two cats who were found in the Christleton area.
The two adult felines are aged between two and four years old, are very closely attached and were from the same home.
For the past six weeks they have been living behind a pond in Christleton, near a retirement home, where residents have been feeding them.
The cats are currently with a foster carer from animal charity Chester Cat Care.
One of the cats is described as bold and playful, with the other is more reserved.
If the original owners do not come forward within the next couple of weeks, the pair will be available to anyone able to offer them a loving home, once they have received vaccinations and a clean bill of health from the vet.
If, after a couple of weeks, the cats have not been returned to their original owners, further details about them will appear on the Chester cat Care website at www.chestercatcare.com.
If you have lost two adult cats, call Chester Cat Care on 07962 385213 as soon as possible.
