CHAMPION fundraiser Billy Birch has donated £730 worth of electrical equipment to children at the Deafness Support Network.
The Ellesmere Port resident presented them with a Sony camcorder and digital camera, and a Nintendo Wii console, two games and a controller, at the network’s Chester Deaf Centre last Wednesday.
The Deafness Support Network provides a wide range of support and services for deaf, deafened and hard of hearing people in Cheshire, including Ellesmere Port, Halton, Warrington and the surrounding area.
Billy said: “ I’d like to thank Innospec, Quinn Glass, the staff at Wilkinson in Ellesmere Port, and the kind-hearted people of the town for their support.”
