GENEROUS Malpas pupils put their hats on and got their wallets out to raise money for the Haiti disaster appeal.
Bishop Heber High School pupils hosted a non-uniform day, where each student contributed by making a donation to the Haiti Appeal in exchange for wearing casual clothing to school.
Sixth Form students were keen to support the Appeal and organised a Hats for Haiti day, where they wore hats to school and made their contributions to the appeal.
Sue Griffiths from Bishop Heber High school said: “Students’ generosity and response to the media coverage of the thousands of people suffering in Haiti raised an astounding £2,107.”
