Couple arrested at Balmoral Park in Chester following death of a man

A COUPLE has been arrested following the death of a man in Balmoral Park in Chester at around 8pm yesterday (Saturday, January 22).
It is understood that the man, whose identity has not yet been revealed, died following an altercation during which he sustained fatal stab wounds.
